We share data only as needed with:
・Couriers & Kitchens – limited to delivery address, order items, and contact phone.
・Payment Processors – PayPay, Stripe, and so on.
・Service Providers – AWS,Twilio for hosting, notifications, and SMS.
・Legal Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
3.3 Your Rights
Subject to Japanese law, you may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for location tracking at any time in the app settings or by emailing contact@lotoroot.com.
3.6 Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified in‑app or via email before they take effect.
